Compliments
Positive feedback is an important feel-good factor for any team. Your opinions and reviews help other patients find the right dentist for them, and help the clinic's team know how we are doing.

Complaints
On occasion things may not go to plan, or people may be misunderstood. We are a dental clinic committed to improving standards and providing a safe and professional service.
If you are unhappy with something, please contact the surgery by telephone, email or letter so we know what has troubled you and can review the cause of your complaint. Hopefully we can get you smiling again.
If you are unhappy with the response from our in-house complaints procedure, you should contact the Morecambe Bay Patient Advice and Liaison Service (PALS). If you feel the concern is unprofessional and represents a risk to patient safety, please read the General Dental Council's website.
Whistle blowing
Staff concerned about the conduct of a colleague have a responsibility to ensure the safe, respectful and appropriate treatment of patients. Staff should seek the advice of the practice manager or principal. Where the concern involves the conduct of a manager or principal, contact the General Dental Council or a local dentist for advice. For further information, see the clinic's protecting patients and whistle blowing policies.
The 2012 Olympic cycling team's success was attributed to the aggregation of marginal gains. In the same vein, the BDC dental team is striving to improve with every treatment for every patient.
